Mark W. Kuga, Ph.D.

Mark Kuga is President of Delta Economic Consulting Corporation (Delta).

Prior to founding Delta, Mark was principal and director of economic analysis and litigation services with Willamette Management Associates, a nationally recognized valuation consulting, economic analysis, and financial advisory firm.  Previously, he was an economist with Economic Analysis Corporation and Lexecon, Inc., two prominent economic consulting firms.

In addition to his consulting work, Mark has taught finance and economics in the MBA programs at Portland State University and Marylhurst University (formerly College).  He has been invited to give presentations and seminars to the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, the American Rehabilitation Economics Association, the National Association of Business Economics, and various other accountant and attorney groups.  Mark is also active in professional associations where he reviews journal articles, participates in professional conferences as a paper presenter or discussant, and is a member and past member of the Board of Directors of two of these associations (the National Association of Forensic Economics and the American Academy of Economic and Financial Experts).

Mark has been a professional economist in the field of forensic economic and valuation analysis for over 20 years.  He has been retained by plaintiffs as well as defendants as an expert witness in more than 100 cases.
